- Jessie Ella Evans (1902-1971) - accomplished opera singer and wife of LDS Church President Joseph Fielding Smith.
- Richard Louis Evans (1906-1971) - LDS Apostle, the president of Rotary International (1966–67); and the writer, producer, and announcer of Music and the Spoken Word for forty-one years (1929–71).
Eyring[]
- Camilla Eyring (1901-1981) - wife of LDS Church president Spencer W Kimball.
- Henry Eyring (1901-1981) - LDS scientist and educator, who became quite famous in the chemical science community for the study of chemical reaction rates and intermediates. A prolific writer, he authored more than 600 scientific articles, ten scientific books, and a few books on the subject of science and religion.
- Henry B Eyring (1933) - LDS Apostle, and counselor in 1st Presidency to President Thomas S Monson.
