Kadavil Paulose Mar Athanasius entrusted Kochu Paulose Ramban(Kuttikkattil Paulose Mar Athanasious) the responsibility of completing the construction of seminary building. Within the next three years the seminary which is now known as Thrikkunnathu Seminary, was opened.
