Emmanuel Wamala (born December 15, 1926 in Kamaggwa, Uganda) was archbishop of the Archdiocese of Kampala, Uganda, until he resigned on 30 September 2006, and is a Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church.

He was one of the cardinal electors who participated in the 2005 papal conclave that selected Pope Benedict XVI, but has lost the right to participate in any future conclave as a result of passing his eightieth birthday. He has been succeeded in Kampala by Bishop Cyprian Kizito Lwanga.
