Aleinu (Hebrew: עָלֵינוּ "our duty") is a Jewish prayer found in the siddur, the Jewish prayerbook. It is recited at the end of each of the three daily Jewish services. It takes its name from the first line of the prayer : Aleinu l'shabeach la'Adon hakol - "It is our duty to praise the Master of all".
